In yet another escalation of the war of words between the Centre and the West Bengal government, Union home minister Amit Shah has said the West Bengal government is not allowing trains with migrant workers to reach the state that may further create hardship for the laborers.

In his letter, the Home Minister accused the Bengal government of not allowing "shramik (worker)" trains run by the Railways to reach the state and declared this to be an "injustice" for Bengali migrants stranded across the country.

The Home Minister said that the Centre has facilitated more than 200,000 migrant laborers to reach home and that migrant workers from West Bengal are also eager to reach home and the central government is also facilitating the train services.

Meanwhile, the Union Home Ministry on Wednesday slammed the state government for not enforcing Covid-19 containment measures effectively, allowing “specific groups in specific localities” in Kolkata and Howrah to violate the curbs as well as attack police and healthcare workers.

Responding to the charges, Trinamool Congress MP Shantanu Sen said: "This is most unfortunate. A Union secretary has written a letter full of lies..." and accused the center of "playing the communal card". He also attacked the center over failing to provide the state with adequate resources.

The first such "special" train to Bengal set off from Rajasthan's Ajmer this week - bound for Durgapur via Asansol - carrying 1,200 migrant workers.

Shortly after the first train was announced Banerjee tweeted that a second would bring back a similar number of people stranded in Kerala.

Ozone hole healed: the sky has closed its third eye!

Coronavirus, which has passed away as a major disaster, has forced the whole world to kneel before itself. In this war going on to save humans and humanity, social distancing is considered an important weapon, so there is a lockdown in all the countries of the world, and people are forced to live in their homes. Even if you and we are forced to live in our own homes and are thinking that how can this lockdown be over, but nature has got a big benefit from all this.

In this phase of lockdown, nature is healing itself. If you want to understand this, then we can turn to the Ozone Layer. In the past several years, due to pollution and other reasons, the outer covering of the earth had become a hole in the ozone. Due to the risk of global warming was increasing. But, for the first time, this third eye of the sky has closed, from where we were still raining nature.
Humans may not have come, but due to the lockdown, the good days of the earth have come.

Explain that in this complex time of the Corona period, the ozone layer has improved its health. It is being said that the biggest hole in the ozone layer has now been filled. Why did this happen? A major reason for this is believed to be lockdown. Large-scale industrial activities are closed in the world and this has directly benefited the ozone layer, which has filled the biggest hole spread over 1 million square kilometers.

The European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecast (ECMWF) confirmed this by Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) and Copernicus Atmospheric Monitoring Services (CAMS). Explain that scientists were constantly watching this hole of ozone and believe that this is very important news for the environment. However, research is still going on whether there is any direct relation between lockdown and ozone filling this hole or it is just coincidence.

Significantly, there is an ozone layer above the northern and southern poles in the atmosphere above the earth. Keep in mind that such news had come to the fore in which it was said that this lockdown will benefit the environment and will fill the ozone layer at the South Pole. Explain that in the past, scientists had claimed that they saw a big hole in the ozone layer of the North Pole which is spread over 1 million square kilometers.

According to reports, there are 3 major reasons behind the reduction of holes in the ozone layer, including clouds, chlorofluorocarbons, and hydrochlorofluorocarbons. As of now, the quantity of these three was increasing in the stratosphere due to increased pollution. But now that the lock is down and no toxic smoke is coming out of the factories, it has directly benefited ozone and it has healed.

Overall, it can be said that even if the lockdown is giving us boredom. But when it comes to nature, today we are seeing all such views which are going to be enchanted. It is not an exaggeration for us to say that even though today the whole world is concerned about the corona, but nature is thankful to humans who, even if only right for a few days, gave them a chance to improve their health.
